WE DO NOT, because the cost of repairs can vary based on who is selected to do the repairs and what they conclude needs to be done. 

 By law, home inspectors are not allowed to make repairs to any property they inspect for the first 12 months following the home inspection. 

 Yes. We share the report only with our client.

Sometimes a Lender will requests a reinspection after repairs have been made to determine if the repairs have indeed been made and if they are satisfactory. We charge a nominal trip fee for reinspections.

Foundation, Grading, Roof Structure, Interior Structural Conditions, Exterior Structural Conditions, Roofing, Attic Area, Exterior & Interior Doors, Insulation, Ventilation, Fireplace, Windows, AC & Heating Systems, Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Bathrooms, Utility Room, Electrical Service Panel, Receptacles & Light Switches, Water Heater, Sprinkler Systems, Swimming Pools/Hot Tubs 

 While it is not required, we recommend you to be present 30 minutes before the end of the inspection, feel free to ask any questions at any time.

 All payments should be made prior to the time of the home inspection through Zelle.

Payment option 2: cash  may be received at the beginning of the inspection. 

Within 24 hours of the inspection and payment has been received.
