Rick moved from California to Houston Texas in 1981,His passion for home building came from an early age of spending weekends and summers with his father, learning every aspect of a house from the ground up and continuing in his foot steps.

With over 25 years of experience in the building and remodeling industry, working along side great mentors has given him the foundation to be a great inspector, granting him extensive knowledge and experience, making him a great asset to have on your side during your purchase or pre-listing process of your beautiful existing or future home.

Meet our Golden Retriever Lyla who has always given us more love than we could have ever imagined. Your business will help support our Houston's local animal shelters to continue their noble cause.
